Making your order
Portrait images are shown with our projection system, and therefore do not leave the studio at any time. To order your portraits an ordering session will be scheduled. This may be done right after your session if time is available. To help you be prepared follow these guidelines:
Financial Arrangements: Payment in full is required at the time of your order. We will gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, a personal check, or cash. Fine Portraiture requires many craftsmen, and simply takes time to finish properly. We will notify you by phone when your order is ready. A minimum of $25 is applied to a rush order.
PLEASE MAKE SURE All DECISION MAKERS ATTEND.
The purpose of this appointment is for you to VIEW the images, CHOOSE the best ones and finalize your PURCHASE. We are reserving our time to help you with the many decisions that will have to be made, and have found that it’s really important that ALL decision makers are present.
PLAN LOCATIONS IN YOUR HOME WHERE WALL PORTRAITS MIGHT BE DISPLAYED.
Having a couple of placement options is highly recommended.
We recommend measuring wall space where portraits will be hung.
Size can be deceiving when you are relying on memory alone.
PURCHASING DÉCOR ISN’T MUCH FUN FOR KIDS
This appointment can be technical and not a lot of fun for kids.
We’ve found that parents have an easier time focusing on the
important decisions at hand, when the kids aren’t in attendance.
However, we do have children-friendly movies for them to watch
in a separate area from the presentation room and they are
always welcome.
